Tap the marsh to seed a bloom. Then scrub the tape: every frame is recomputed from the seed and the log, never remembered.
seed — · recording · proving · proving · proving · refused
The first two are refused by persist before the first tick, by
name: the same finger movements under a different threshold are a different session, and a
tape keyed by tick index means nothing if a tick is a different length. The third is
refused by nothing, which is what the driver is for.
Tap the marsh to seed a bloom. Every sample is going on the tape, bucketed by tick index — and so is the camera, which is what decides what a tap meant.
Drag the bar. Every frame you see was recomputed from the seed and the log just now, from tick zero — nothing here was remembered.
The bloom you are looking at is not the bloom you watched. The bug is between the end of the green bar and the start of the red one.
The tape is readable, and this build does not reproduce the conditions
it was recorded under, so persist declined to run it. A refusal is never a pass.
